What payment methods do you use?We are accepting all regular credit and debit tenders through our online shop.

How do I subscribe to receive news about new arrivals and discount sales?Go to the bottom of the page you are on, or go to the main homepage and scroll down to the end. You will see a box that says "enter your email here", click on the box and enter your email address. After entering your email, click on the right where it says "SUBSCRIBE NOW." After subscribing you will automatically start receiving newsletters about new arrivals and discount sales.

How do I get in contact with you?Scroll to the top of the page, you will see the "Contact Us" icon. Click the icon and it will take you to the contact information page where you can find ways to get in contact with us. If you are unable to do that, just call us at +1 647-450-9460 or email us at customerhelp@numaish.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

How long does it take for my product to arrive?Depending on the quantity and location of where you are, it will take approximately 3 - 5 business days for your items to arrive within Canada.

What is the return policy?We strictly have a no-return policy on all products and hold no responsibility if any damages are done to the products when delivered, however, we do allow exchanges but you must let us know within two business days of receiving the item that you need an exchange.
